Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility
To be eligible to register for and use the 77haha platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold an active account:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as upheld under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
- You must be a natural person and not a legal entity, corporation, trust, or similar organisation.
- You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlawful.
- You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of 77haha, nor a close family member of any such person, to the extent that your participation would create a conflict of interest.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by a regulatory authority, that applies to online gambling.
- You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
77haha reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of age, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by the Company may result in account suspension or closure.
Age restriction: The 77haha platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you are not permitted to access, register on, or use this platform in any way. Underage gambling is illegal and may result in criminal liability.
Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 77haha platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. The Company employs technical and administrative measures to detect multi-account activity. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all accounts and associated balances may be suspended pending investigation, with any bonus funds forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination without notice.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77haha will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify 77haha immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
77haha is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of its players. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification may be required prior to processing any withdrawal request or in response to unusual account activity.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits to your 77haha account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 77haha currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash are credited to your account balance within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. The Company does not accept deposits from third parties on your behalf.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC), satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and the Company's anti-money laundering checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals via GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. 77haha reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identification documents and payment method proof.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the 77haha platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The Company does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies without express prior written consent.
4.4 Transaction Errors
In the event of a transaction error, whether resulting in an under-credit or over-credit to your account, you are obligated to notify 77haha immediately. Any funds erroneously credited to your account remain the property of the Company and must be returned upon demand. You may not use erroneously credited funds for wagering or withdrawals.
Important: Deposits and withdrawals must always use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
77haha may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. General bonus conditions that apply across all 77haha promotions unless otherwise specified include:
- Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and identity verification.
- All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 77haha reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements, and to weight contributions by game type. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain slots may carry reduced contribution rates.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless specifically permitted by promotion terms.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
- The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice in the event of suspected abuse or in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated play will be treated as abuse. 77haha may void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend the accounts of players found to be engaging in such activity.
Gaming Rules
All games available on the 77haha platform operate under specific rules published within or alongside each game. General gaming terms applicable across the platform include:
- All gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations, as applicable to each game type. 77haha does not manipulate game outcomes.
- In the event of a software malfunction or game error that results in an incorrect payout or game state, 77haha reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. Bets resulting from malfunctions are not valid.
- Players are responsible for understanding the rules, paytables, and minimum/maximum stake limits of each game before placing wagers.
- Winnings from live sports events or casino games are calculated based on the final result as determined by the relevant game provider, officiating body, or the Company's internal settlement rules, as applicable.

- The Company reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse wagers from any player without explanation, including where patterns of play suggest professional advantage play or where stakes exceed internal risk management thresholds.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77haha platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on the platform under any identity or in any jurisdiction.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards in poker or manipulating live game outcomes.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with the platform or place wagers.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform to conceal, convert, or transfer proceeds of criminal activity. 77haha is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software to gain an advantage.
- Underage Participation: Registering for or using the platform while under the age of 21.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute for a deposit that was genuinely made by the account holder and received by the platform.

Limitation of Liability

- Delays in processing deposits, withdrawals, or other transactions where such delays are outside the Company's reasonable control;
- Any gambling losses resulting from your participation in games offered on the platform.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, the Company's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for fraud.
The 77haha platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Account Termination
Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 77haha account by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, provided that:
- There are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds;
- There are no pending withdrawal requests, chargebacks, or disputes;
- The account is not subject to an active investigation for suspected prohibited conduct.
77haha reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of these Terms;
- You provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
- We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction;
- Your account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity;
- You engage in conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or other players.
Upon lawful account closure initiated by you, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of any forfeitable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The 77haha platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77haha platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of your initial written complaint, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Amendments to These Terms
77haha reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and an updated version of these Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the 77haha platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
